    I think this video was very interesting. I believe taxation deduction would probably be the best solution to fix this problem but I am not for sure.

    This video is extremely insightful. It is truly disappointing that young people and even young professionals with college degrees are unable to find work that pays enough money to support their own place. With either property ownership or rentals, the rise in pricing and taxes for these homeowners is unrealistic. I am hopeful for significant reform and change that might eliminate these problems. I am interested to see what solutions are put in place to help assist in this housing issue.

    It is true that the housing problems are deeply rooted in microeconomic issues. Squatters are also a massive problem.

    I feel like the housing issue should be one of the bigger microeconomics politicians focus on. I think the best option would be to implement tax cuts and incentivize land lords to lower their rents.
